Problem with filter subscription - sending multiple mails in 1-3 min range

Hello,

We have the following problem:

There is a filter subscription set execute every 15 min, and send emails if there are some tasks returned. 

But for one issue it started sending emails in 1-2-3-5 min, despite it no longer matched 

the filter, and no mails should be sent. It continued for about 1h 30m.

Can you please suggest what went wrong?

@Nadezhda Hristeva - Welcome to the Atlassian server.

It might be hard to track down a one-time issue.  I would suggest doing the following:

• review the filter and ensure it is correct
• review emails and see if they were all the same or if there were differences to them
• review the logs for the 1h 30m duration and look for any errors or warnings
• review smtp server and make sure it was not something on it

You can also submit a support ticket with Atlassian and include a support zip to see if they find anything while analyzing it.
