Hello @Athena Admin I hope the issue is resolved by now.but if it still existstry the below:1. check which integration have you installed, the preferred integration is by atlassianhttps://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216863/jira-cloud-for-slack-official?hosting=cloud&tab=overview2. your issues more looks like a Authenticator problem, did you happen to check with your company network admin?
