Office Excel Macro / page loading issue when calling an xls stored on another page

I have an excel file stored on space S1 page P1.

I want to use that same Excel file to display table / chart on space S1 page P2.

Excel macro seems to be the right solution as I can select a source from another page. The content that I can see on the preview window is the expected content (see img below)

However when I update the page with my Macro, it does not load properly (loading icon keep spining - see img below)

We found a workaround to our problem

On page P1 (where the xls is stored) :

1. we call : MultiExcerpt Macro

2. we embed : Office Excel Macro in the Multi Excerpt

Then on page P2,

3. We call the MultiExcerpt using "MultiExcerpt Macro include"

A couple of things to try.

Hit F12 in your browser to bring up the developer tools. Check the console tab and see if there are any errors reported.
Do you have an add blocker extension in your browser. I've seen some that have blocked Atlassian functionality such that asynchronous code(stuff that happens after the page has loaded) doesn't get run correctly. Maybe add a site exception for the ad blocker if you have one.

Hi, thank you for your answer.

1. Unfortunately I cannot access the developer tools as it has been blocked by my Organisation. I will request it but it might take few days and the result is not guaranteed

2. I checked and can confirm that I have no add blocker extension

We will see if we have other recommandation to follow in the meantime.
