Automate Clone and Copy Issue

Question

My team is looking into cloning issues in one project and copy it into another project. Is there a way to automate the two steps (Clone and Move)  into a single step? May be a button or something.
PS: We would want to move only specific issues, so JIRA automation would not help.

Please take a look at Gaia Activity app. This app enables the creation of the issues through issue templates. So, you can save your issues from one project and re-use them into others.

You can manually trigger automations (here's the documentation), but I wrote a blog article comparing different options on how to clone and move.

If you are looking to really reduce the number of steps, you will probably need to use an app; check out these clone and move apps on the marketplace.
