How to create a ticket to atlassian.

I have problem with jira slowness while scroll downs. I am planning to raise a ticket to Atlassian. So please guide me through how to create a ticket to Atlassian.

You must have an Atlassian account to create a Atlassian ticket.

You must provide your SEN number of your JIRA server instance. You can find your SEN on your JIRA instance - Application page.
