Sidebar anomaly

I have got an issue concerning the sidebar. One User - really - one of our users has the issue, that the sidebar-tree looks like this:

There are or were no explizit options changed (so i checked).

It should look like this:

Did you tried to check with the user if he can reproduce the same behavior on a different browser?
