How can i get the data from "Development" Panel to use Filter or something

Jira ticket has Development panel

I want to get the some of data from this panel when i use filter on JIRA project

Please give me any clue for that

Check this documentation, this should work (even if the jql shows red line like it does not recognize what you are writing)
