Is there any way of allowing Jira users to subscribe themselves to events on issues under some specified JQL filter? (e.g. If a user wants to get notification of edits on issues in a specific project's component etc)?
I know we can use Jira's built-in "subscribe" to a saved filter (to get an email notification with the list of issues), but we'd be interested in seeing the events themselves (rather than the issues listed). Does the "Notification Assistant for Jira" plugin allow end users to set up new notifications, or would these need to be setup / managed by an admin?
