I'd like to develop a workflow, but don't have access to the GUI editor. Is there an example workflow or documentation that shows how to create workflows in pure text mode?

This link shows some customization by writing an extension, but I'm looking for the most basic example of what a workflow configuration looks like as a text file (toml, yaml, etc).
