Read Confirmation Prompts

Hi Team, 

 

Other than sending a message to the user. Is there a way to resend the read confirmation to specific users.

For example we may have 10 out of 12 users who have confirmed reading a document. I can only send out another read request to all users instead of the two who need to read the document.

@Ellis McMahon I am assuming that you are using the read confirmations app for Confluence.  I was not able to find anything in the documentation that provides that functionality.  Have you raised a support request with them here to see if they can add this functionality?  https://realignedtechnologies.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
