How to modify the Idea Parameter in Ideation ?

Hello,

I am new to the Ideation plug-in on Confluence and was wondering whether it is possible to set up the parameters in the idea submission box.

So far I have "Title" "Topics", "Share With", and "Content".
(see screenshot attached)

Ideally I would like to keep only the Title and Content box. Do you know whether it is possible ?
