Trigger an email to assignee for inactive tickets more than 15 days

Question

Hi experts, We are using Project automation to trigger an email for those tickets which are inactive for more than 15 days. Automation is sending an email to assignee's of each tickets, an assignee is getting bunch of email. But we want to send a single email to assignee who is having more than 1 ticket, so that to reduce the number of emails. Email batching feature is disabled in Jira and we cannot enabled it.

So, is this possible using project automation?

Yes, and... you could create a shared filter based upon current user, and let the team's possible assignees subscribe individually to get their email notificatin.

This may not be possible via the project automation.

The other option is to have a dashboard with a JQL that captures the inactive tickets for the current user.  The users can go to the dashboard every morning to check what is pending.

I would recommend setting up a filter with subscription personally.
