How to use Jira API with Google Sheets

I want to get the output of some JQL filter, like exporting the output of a filter to CSV and importing it back to google sheets.

The caveat being that we are using a custom domain (jira.OURCOMPANY.com) thus, for some reason, using JIRA CLOUD FOR SHEETS fails at login and shows this error message:

Something went wrong
You don't have an Atlassian Jira & User identity site to connect Jira Cloud for Spreadsheets to. Visit http://www.atlassian.com to create a site.
Something's not right? Raise a support request.

And I couldn't figure out how to use the addon API CONNECTOR.

So any help will be appreciated.

If you're using on-prem you'll need to use an appropriate method (not the cloud one) I reckon.

Those are interesting, and it got me one step closer, but I still have an issue:

When using postman desktop, I can get the querries just fine, using the link and basic authentication, but;
When using any google sheet addon, including app script, I get `Exception: DNS error: `
