Table Transformer Macro - auto row numbering

Question

Is it possible to add automatic row numbering to a table generated by the Table Transform Macro.  Embedding the Table Transform Macro into Table Plus does not seem to work.

Note that there's also a row numbering option using the Table Filter macro.
