Migrate Project Config (Workflow/Screen/Field) into Cloud

Is there any plugin available to migrate only project settings (Workflow/Screen/Field) from JIRA server into JIRA cloud ? Actually we want to migrate few (1-2) projects into Cloud and we cannot use JIRA Migrate Assistance, we are going to use CSV Import
