Is there a problem with the "show more links" drop down?

Question

My colleague sometimes doesn't see the dropdown "show more links" and even when she refreshes the screen the "show more links" underneath the other linked jiras does not appear.while I can be looking at the same jira at exactly the same time and able to use the drop down to see the extra links.

Is that a Jira issue or a browser setting problem?

Hi Thanks Ramiro,  I'll check the browsers.  We both have the same permissions.  I should have mentioned that her problem is intermittent.  Sometimes she sees the "show more links" button and other times she doesn't.

Hi Denise, both of you are using the same browsers? And other, check if you two have the same permissions on all projects... If I'm not wrong you won't be able to see links to projects that you don't have permissions to see.
