Is it possible to create Toggl-Jira mapping via code/API?

As a user a would like to add a mapping between Toggl and JIRA done more automatically.

1. Set up a project in Toggl.
2. Set up a project in Jira.
3. Use API/code to setup mapping in http://jira.spinit.se/secure/admin/TogglConfigure.jspa with logic based on matching project names or similar.

Is this an Existing or coming feature?

Do I understand correctly: You want Joggler to provide an API that would allow you to add project mappings programmatically? This does not exist nor is it planned for the future.
