JIRA Team Mailb

I am administrator for our JIRA and i can't see the edit links for some users. . What is the reason for that ? what is the workaround for this ?

The directory the users are in is configured to be read-only to JIRA.

There's no "workaround", you have to edit the users in the external directory.
