Automation execution limit for data center / server

Question

Hi,

I recently got the error message "Monthly rule executions have been exceeded" for the Automation for Jira plugin. 
This error message came up for a single-project automation.
Our instance is hosted on a data center and we are using the Jira Service Management product.

My questions are: what are the execution limits for the data centers/servers per product? Where can I check how close to the limit I am?

From similar questions from the community, I understand there is not supposed to be a limit for single-project automations (only for global/multi-project). Although the answers always relate to Jira Cloud versions. Hence, my questions.

Automation for Jira 7.2 : I also have this error "Monthly rule executions have been exceeded" and did not find it in the service limits page https://confluence.atlassian.com/automation072/service-limits-1056675650.html - there are limitations per hour / executions / node etc but not monthly. Or I missed something.

HI @Amiel Freeman

You might like to review https://confluence.atlassian.com/automation/service-limits-993924705.html which gives you details of the limits and how to also look at the audit log for entries.  Although this page is for an older version of Jira than the current version it still provides some indications.

Also pay particular attention to the Service Limit Breached trigger and think about using that to keep you informed of when limits are under pressure.
