issue statistics Gadget on JIRA Dashboard dont refresh correctly

Everytime , when we refresh the dashboard Jira Issue gadget show no data and I have to manually refresh the gadget.

Could you pls help us solve this issue.

No Specific Error in the logs...

No Errors on Browser as well.
Yes we have proxy to connect the network. It is working fine on Mozilla but not on Internet Explorer (v8)
"Issue Statistics" gadget is having issues.

I guess it is impossible for us to upgrade IE8.

Yes Compatibility mode is enabled and currently "Currently Updated website lists from Microsoft" option is checked..

Any errors on browser dev console?
Are you having any proxy in front of JIRA? What does the network tab say (in Chrome), any errors?
And which is the gadget having issues, all?
