build configuration style files with fields?

Hello,

Is there anyway to build configuration style files using confluence to build out a form to fill in fields and it dumps out a config that you can copy/paste into a config file on a server?

Not natively, but any of the form-building add-ons should do it (pretty sure I could do it with ConfiForms).
