I try to setup MS Teams OpsGenie integration

flowing the V2 integration guide

1. MS Teams refuse to load the bot packages that are provided for download

getting

Error while reading manifest.json: "webApplicationInfo.resource" is required

2.There is osgenie app (bot) in MSTeams catalog that can be installed on channel and interacted with

but when trying to do @OPSGIENE setup xxxx-xxx...

the bot reply

No Microsoft Teams integration found with Api key [xxx-xxx....].

Integration exist on opsgiene side

what do i do wrong?

Unzip the file you downloaded.

Go to manifest.json and add the resource field under "webApplicationInfo". Should look like:

"webApplicationInfo": {

"id": <id>,

"resource": "api.eu.opsgenie.com/v2/alerts"

}

Or "api.opsgenie.com/v2/alerts" depending on your region.

Zip the files and load to Teams.
