Unable to update project lead or default assignee

Which is resulting in downstream errors for our custom issue collectors. Names are allowed to be selected but the Update button generates errors in the console:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'name' of undefined

This is in Jira Project Management Software v8.10.1

Is it applicable for all browser? Is it possible to disable user installed add-ons and try it again?

Able to reproduce in both Incognito Chrome and MS Edge. Going to be creating a support ticket.

Hey @LaurieC we were able to solve this internally. The issue ended up being a permission issue which was resolved by reaching out to my domain’s Jira admins. Hope this helps.
