Jira server integration with Jenkins

Hello ... I tried integrating Jira server with cloud Jenkins and used many plugins. But i did not find any luck till now. is there is a way or any specific plugin in mind that can integrate the Jira server with cloud Jenkins? I am looking forward to it and I am open with all your suggestion
