Jira migration - a workflow question

Hi All,

we are currently migrating a plenty of Jira instances and different issue trackers to our master Jira. Therefore we are maintaining a special workflow for migrations.

I am very curious whether you have such workflow for migrations (steps, etc.).

How do you process these activities?
