Log of movements of JIRA Issues in a Scrum Board

Is there a way to find out when and how issues got added by whom in an active Sprint in JIRA? I was checking the atlassian-jira.log file and did not find anything there.

Click on the issue and check the History tab. It records the changes in Sprint value, workflow status changes etc.
