how can I see all spaces with corresponding permssions for any group. I need to have an overview about the groups.

Have a look at the user macro I wrote for the answer to https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/59811/space-groups-and-permissions?page=1#60418 - it loops through all the Spaces and displays a list of all groups and the permissions that each group has on a Space.
