Cant add user to a group ! Help

Getting an error when trying to add a user. Maybe the problem is because i got a long name for the group?
I am a jira admin and i can add users to another groups.

I'm not 100% sure but it might be because of the database collation option. It should be configured to support utf8 and case sensitivity.
