Jira FreshBooks Connector - Exception when displaying configuration page

Question

When I get to the freshbooks plugin configuration page in the admin (/secure/freshbooksSync.jspa?decorator=admin), I get the following exception:

[com.atlassian.velocity.DefaultVelocityManager] MethodInvocationException occurred getting message body from Velocity: java.lang.NullPointerException
java.lang.NullPointerException

That is what I just did - the Atlassian marketlace links to this place for support from the developer: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.rozdoum.jira.jiraFreshbooksPlugin#tabs-support (see "support" tab)
