Cannot see "Download" pop-up in Chrome when opening a hyperlink to PDF file in JIRA system

Hi~

My colleague just created a JIRA account for me and shared some hyperlinks of user guides in JIRA system with me.

However, I cannot view or download these PDF user guides in Chrome when I opened those hyperlinks.  The web page is blank. I didn't see any warning messages or pop-up windows.

Does anyone know how to deal with this problem? Your kindly help is much appreciated.

Hi @Claire L7  It seems to be a permission issue. DO you have access the project, in which the attachment is attached ?

 Kindly login into JIRA then check, if not logged in.
