how to dynamically update a html page with issue count from jira gadget

i would like fetch count from JIRA query or gadget and popuplate the same in a table in html gadget. and add a hyperlink to the same.

Dear @Bijuanand ,

you can write for example a PHP script, that searched with the REST API on your Jira and afterwards displays the data in a table shown in the browser.
