Requests group hierarchy in Jira Service Management

Hi,

Is there aby way to add new group level hirrehy for Jira Server? So that a user could choose category, than choose subcategory and only then create a request.

I found such feature here Extension for Jira Service Management

but this feature is deprecated from version 6.10.0 and not avalible now.
