Where can I find a comprehensive list of all the methods I can use with Scriptrunner scripts?

Hi,

 

As someone new to writing Scriptrunner scripts, I'm trying to find a complete reference for every object and the various methods you can use depending on declared types when writing scripts.  Can someone point me there, as I can't even find simple things like what objects can use ".contains" or ".getValue" or when to use those.
