Need to create Milestone Issue Type under Initiative Issue Type

Jennifer McKinney

Hi There -

I'd like to create this hierarchy:

Initiative -> Milestone -> Epic

from first view, it "seems" I would need to create a custom Epic issue type?? is this possible?
