Navigation to the specific Article

We are using Confluence as a Knowledge Base for our organization which supports multiple help articles, related to the Modules we support in our website. We have embedded the URL of the Confluence Knowledge Base as "Help Link" in our website so that users can be navigated to the Confluence Knowledge base easily.

Further, we want if our users are working on a specific Module and they want some help through the Confluence Help Articles, then if they click on the Help Link, then instead of landing on the Home page of the Confluence they can be navigated to the specific help article which specifies the Module related details on which the user was working.

Can you please let us know how we can achieve this. It will be very helpful if you can share the supporting documentation related to this.

For a solution like you're mentioning, I'd recommend embedding links in your modules to send users to the specific help article you think they'll be interested in.

For example:

Rather than link to: www.confluence.com/KB

Link to: www.confluence.com/KB/getting-started

This is what my team does. We've figured out which articles are most useful for users on each part of our app, and then manually added links in the app screens to that article/section in our help center.

We're also using our app Scroll Viewport to embed some of our help content within our app UI. Scroll Viewport will also enable you create a view like this one you mentioned.
