It took me a while to find it, and it is the postal address for the billing contact - I'm not sure if that is what you're after.

From a confluence page, as a site administrator:

* Settings icon top right
* Expand Settings menu on the left
* Click on Billing
* Click on Billing Details
* You can edit details such as postal address
