Hello @yundong.li ,

This problem can be due to multiple reasons, for example, network connectivity, storage space, etc.

1. Can you let us know if you are behind a firewall or proxy? Can you bypass that and see if you are able to upload the attachment?
2. Does anyone else run into this issue?
3. Does the issue occur no matter your network, location, machine, or browser?
4. Is this for specific attachments? When it occurs with an attachment, does it happen every time?

Thanks,
Milan
