Is there a macro to auto populate subsequent dates?

So I have a table in Confluence where my team inputs start dates, but all of the subsequent dates have set periods before the next due date (i.e. 1 day, 8 days, 2 days). Currently we input all of this manually. Is there a macro or functionality to make this auto populate? and if so is there a way to make it ignore weekend days in those dates?
