We create a new table in WIKI Confluence.
By default, flexible width is set for the table's columns.
In fact, the width remains fixed after the first save.
Only after you manually change the setting to fixed and back to flexible is the column width actually flexible.

We use Atlassian Confluence 7.4.1 (Server).

Do you have any apps installed that could impact your tables?

We have apps installed. But i don't think, that one of them would impact our tables.

We us:

Refined Toolkit
Linchpin Enterprise News
Barcodes for Confluence
Forms for Confluence
Treeview
Comala Document Management
Edit permission inheritance

But in the Moment we still use Confluence Version 7.4.11. We will upgrade next week to 7.13.1. In the new version I have no yet been able to adjust the behavior. So i'll wait until next week.
