I'm getting 302 status code whenever trying to create incident in statuspage using POST method and really not sure what's the reason for this. I'm attaching the snapshot as a reference. Can anyone help me on this?

The issue is that the endpoint you have is incorrect.
If you change it to use the formatting that the url listed below uses (substitute your pageId) you should get a better response -
https://api.statuspage.io/v1/pages/{page_id}/incidents
