Auto Generate Sub-Tasks based on field selection

Can someone show me how I would auto generate a bunch of sub-tasks based on a combination of field selections. (I do have scriptrunner and behaviors)

EX:

• If Ingestion Method = Data Foundry
• If Ingestion Type = Initial Training
• If Ingestion Sub Type = New Source
• If Data Source = NOT 1SASGRID OR Enterprise Data Lake OR NAS

Create these subtasks.

• IMP - Request DS at-source access (DS will need access to SOR systems as opposed to DF)
• WFT - Request WFT at-source access
• WFT - Ensure necessary service IDs are available or create them
• WFT - Add appropriate roles to service ID
• IMP - Obtain ingestion DIA form approval

You will have to modify these scripts to suit your requirements. I hope it helps.
