Problems updating AddOns in Jira

Im trying to update some of our Apps in Jira to the latest version but i get a problem and i can only update them manually. I get this error: "Problem accessing the Automation for Jira file."

error 1.PNG I tried to delete the app cache and restart Jira but the error is still there.

Can you try to download the jar file to the computer then upload it?

Yeah, as I said I can upload the Apps to the new version manually

please try to find out if from atlassian-jira.log there are more information available why the upgrade fails using UPM method.

@Adrian Criado what are you seeing on the logs once you restart Jira?

Is it the only plugin you are having this problem with?
