Additional information from LDAP

Question

Is there a way to get additional users information (department, telefon,...) from LDAP, where this information exists? This data should be displayed as default values on some screens.

Hi Uwe,

for Confluence there is a plugin available, User Profile Plugin which would do exactly this. Unfortunately this is not yet available for JIRA which is what you are asking for. Therefor I do not think that this is easily possible. Sorry for that.
