How to create an issue with conditional subtask and workflow.

Hi, I would like to create an issue with conditional subtasks and workflows. For example:

   Issue one: related to Team A, B, C

   Issue two: related to Team B, D, E, F

Users to manually selected related Team, and I would like JIRA to create subtasks base on teams selected. Is it possible to do so? I am very new to JIRA, please suggest in details. Thank you in advance for your kind advice!

You can use Create On Transition Plugin for JIRA or Script Runner plugin  to create Subtasks based conditions.
