Is it possible to have a quick filter for a other teammember?assignee = currentUser() thats the filter for my issues. But we need a filter for diffrent team member.Why we need that:During the daily everyone should talk about his issues and the moderator wants to switch between the diffrent filters.

i'm afraid your only option here is to make a hardcoded filter "assignee = username"
The moderator can save those filters if he/she wants to switch between them but there is nothing like a dropdown where they can enter a quick dropdown to switch a parameter.
If I understand your need simply click on the users avatar.
