We have the Notify Me! plugin but it does not appear (from our reading) that it controls tagging people external to my organization. What plugin controls this function?
HiĀ @Keli Barnes,
I'm not quite sure what you are referring to as "tagging people external". Are you looking for a Jira app that shows you user accounts that do not belong to your company domain?
I think we figured out our issue, but thank you for the reply.
