Can you let me know we are able to pre define a template when user create a new jira ticket for Jira server.

Predefined means, every time any user tried to create a issue, it should display some of the fields by default without going to configure fields ?

Being a Jira Project Admin / Admin.

whatever fields you choose when creating a issue same fields will be applied to all the other users, This is my assumption only.
