How to remove linked items in query results

A sample resultset in our query returns:

PROJECTA-1
PROJECTB-1 (linked to ticket PROJECTA-1)

How can you filter out the second item? Specifically filter out tickets that are linked to a PROJECTA tickets which appear in the same resultset.
