How to disable/enable few fields after click on edit button(During form modification).

Question

I created a form, which works correctly while submitting.

But I like to add a feature where user can edit/modify only few fields and rest will be disabled on click of edit button.

Can we achieve this feature, please help.

I tried using Run Javascript with IFTTT onModified. But no luck. Thanks!

Please have a look for this in this link: https://www.w3schools.com/jsref/tryit.asp?filename=tryjsref_text_disabled2

Try to click button Disable Text field. I wish to have same feature with my edit button.

I like to have a similiar feature, here my button will be Edit and field will be any as in form
