Problem with Forgot Password

Hello,

I'm having trouble with my password reset link.
The link does not reach the email - there is no error in the log.
Test email is sent correctly.

Please help me.

Hi are you only the admin or any other admins there ?

if other admins there ask them to create a password if it is not synced with LDAP. you can change the password after login.

or 

as you saying there is no error found in logs , it's a bit unusual task, you can login into confluence using "recovery admin" credentials.

Note : For above operation you need to stop the server for few mins
